As a Sr Production Planner here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role inensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes. Youwill be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimizeproduction planning, scheduling, and inventory management. With your expertiseand attention to detail, you will contribute to the success of our AerospaceTechnologies (AT) business. You will report directly to our Procurement and Planning Director for the CMOCorganization and you'll work out of our Tucson Arizona location on a hybridwork schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and profitability of ouroperations by effectively managing production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery,and minimizing inventory costs. You will collaborate with cross-functionalteams to align production plans with customer demand and optimize resourceutilization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and analyze production datato identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
- Drive continuous improvementinitiatives to enhance production planning processes and systems
- Implement strategies to optimizeinventory levels and minimize stockouts and excess inventory
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensuretimely delivery of materials and components
- Handle inquiries, escalations, andexpedite requests from Customer Business Teams and Program Managers
- Raise Salesforce.com cases and workwith Customer & Product Support team and Customer Business focal to removesales order blocks
- Work expedites and accelerationrequests with customer early ship allowance
- Past Due recovery MOS includingweekly meetings with program managers
- Line of balance reviews for criticalparts
- Active participation in problemresolution (ex. Follow up on first article approvals with supplier andengineering)
- Lead priority allocation discussionswith customer business teams

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
YOUMUST HAVE
- 2+ years of experience in productionplanning or supply chain management in the aerospace industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills
- Proficiency in using productionplanning software and ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills

- Bachelor's degree in Supply ChainManagement, Operations Management, or a related field
- APICS certification or equivalent
- Experience with lean manufacturingprinciples and continuous improvement methodologies
