WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

In this role, you’ll work within a cross-functional squad model. Together, you’ll drive sharp seasonal assortment strategies, prepare new store openings with amazing product offer, and reply with product programs on city-specific moments that put the consumer at the Center.

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

  • Proven experience in retail merchandising or buying, with a focus on retail assortment building and delivering against retail KPIs (productivity, sell-through, CR%).

  • A strong strategic mindset paired with hands-on experience in end-to-end assortment planning across multiple seasons and store types.

  • The ability to translate consumer and marketplace insights into actionable product plans and door-level line plans.

  • Fluency in Excel (advanced level), PowerPoint, and Tableau for data analysis, business storytelling, and seasonal performance tracking.

  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional project management, including store openings or new product line launches, working across Planning, Allocation, Marketing, and Field.

  • Deliver sharp door-level seasonal assortments that respond to consumer needs, marketplace shifts, and local energy moments — ensuring the right product shows up in the right city, at the right time.

  • Shape the future of Nike Stores, contributing to key initiatives like new store openings, store format strategy evolutions, and product storytelling across key business areas .

  • Elevate seasonal execution through insight, using performance data, local trend foresight, and marketplace feedback to continually improve the way our assortments come to life in-store.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment across Planning, Allocation, Consumer Merch, Store team, and Field team, while keeping the consumer at the center.
