Director of Compliance Risk, Audit and Monitoring:
Director of Compliance Risk, Audit and Monitoring will be a valued member of the North America Legal Compliance team dedicated to driving two essential components of Philips Legal Compliance Program in the Region: Auditing & Monitoring (A&M) and Risk Assessment.
Your role:
Develop and execute a comprehensive Legal Compliance Risk Assessment strategy, documenting and reporting on compliance risks across North America.
Create and implement an annual, risk-based Compliance Auditing & Monitoring plan, collaborating with Business Compliance Officers, as appropriate.
Conduct objective reviews of business processes to identify compliance risks, assess internal controls, and evaluate program effectiveness.
Drive and expand a fit for purpose Field Force Monitoring Program.
Draft compliance audit reports, develop remediation plans, and oversee their completion.
Enhance audit and monitoring programs with continuous improvements and data analytics tools.
You’re the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 6+ years of healthcare compliance experience in a medical device or health technology setting.
Your skills include competency with various databases such as SAP ERP, MS-Access, Excel, Power BI, and Concur Intelligence, and a strong understanding of U.S. healthcare laws and regulations.
Familiarity with the COSO Risk Assessment model, or equivalent.
You haveexperience as a CPA, in consulting or leading a risk management practice for a highly regulated business.
You have a bachelor degree and an advanced degree (e.g. JD, MBA) (preferred).
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this.
You’re self-motivated, possess strong interpersonal skills, and thrive in an international, matrix organization.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $182,672to $260,960
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
