Key Responsibilities:
- Proficiently utilize SAP across all finance modules, demonstrating a solid understanding of ERP/SAP systems.
- Manage offshore work effectively, collaborating with the wider finance community across various Middle East (ME) offices from our Karachi location.
- Independently oversee GL functions while actively participating in and leading improvement initiatives over time.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of and adherence to all finance policies and processes.
- Serve as a primary resource for GL-related inquiries within the designated location.
- Conduct periodic reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a fast-paced professional services environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels within the firm.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a detail-oriented approach to analyzing and solving complex issues.
- A finance-related degree, progress towards an accountancy qualification, or experience in a professional services or consultancy setting.
- Innovative, confident, and creative thinker with the ability to make swift decisions.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- A business/commercial degree or postgraduate qualification.
- Experience in budgeting and account forecasting.
- People management and development experience.
- Strong understanding of market activities and business-related experience.
