Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
As a Senior Specialist, you'll be accountable for driving continuous improvements in order fulfillment processes. This includes optimizing availability, allocation, and On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) metrics, as well as providing proactive visibility of any issues related to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for meticulously tracking and ensuring the timely availability of product. This entails closely monitoring order book, as well as it’s current stock and future arrivals.
- You will play a pivotal role as the primary liaison and process owner facilitating seamless communication and collaboration between the Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Sales teams. This involves establishing and maintaining an effective operating rhythm, facilitating regular meetings and communications between the two teams, and driving alignment on key priorities and initiatives.
- Design, develop, and maintain reporting dashboards that provide insights into performance metrics such as Order Book Confirmation Accuracy, Presell Conversion Rate & OTIF. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify KPIs and ensure the dashboards are actionable.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Power Query & Power BI preferred.
- Strong theoretical understanding of the field.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
