You will be responsible for implementing and further developing a curriculum for onboarding new Executive Sponsors, providing specific education on deal strategies, skills, and best practices. · Design, implement, maintain and scale the Executive Sponsor training program.
· Engage and manage relationships with stakeholders from the global AWS organization to iterate on program designs, receive feedback and drive progress against key program objectives.
· Develop and track success metrics for the program business requirements, providing performance transparency into continuous program improvement.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- 3+ years of learning & development project management experience in a sales organization.
