This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Preference given to Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Philadelphia, PA, Chicago, IL or Kansas City, KS. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion.Other functions of the REMA group that the analyst may work on include criticized asset valuations, reconciling appraisal findings to internal underwriting, and quarterly sector studies.
Appraisal, brokerage, real estate research, urban planning, macroeconomics, real estate property management, lending, or underwriting skills are all relevant.
Argus skills are not required but are helpful. Word, PowerPoint, Excel skills should be above average.
Job Description- Leverages complex analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and useful applications across multiple functions or business units to create data driven solutions.
- Consulting to clients on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development.
- Determining the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation and enhancements.
- Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solution for operations and executive management to enable data driven decision making.
- Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.
