Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in advertising, sales, sales strategy and operations, or relevant industries.
  • Experience managing relationships with executive stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Experience leading and coaching a team to meet goals.
  • Experience working with digital advertising product activation.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience working in customer facing roles, influencing and handling objections with executive stakeholders to drive growth for products and customer business goals.
  • Experience managing and coaching sellers, particularly in digital advertising sales.
  • Experience working with advertising agencies, including experience in sales, client-side, or at an agency.
  • Experience developing and managing seller incentive programs.
  • Experience problem-solving with a broad lens and working collaboratively with others to drive business impact for a 12 to 24 month horizon.
  • Familiarity with Google Advertising products, with emphasis on measurement.
