Conduct architecture design, simulation, modeling, board level circuit and system design for health sensing products in the entire lifecycle of a new product, from initial design and functional specification of new hardware features and overall architecture design all the way to support and validation of these features.Review schematics, layout and other design collateral for fabrication. Develop analysis and modeling tools for hardware performance, perform complex system level tests, enhance and resolve issues in existing products, and perform unit testing and end-to-end testing.Collect and process environmental and physiological data from users to draw conclusions, predict performance of new designs and components based on simulation and modeling tools. Translate feature requirements into electrical hardware specifications and validate performance against specifications.Drive the development of component and modules to meet pre-defined specifications. Analyze and leverage manufacturing data to improve quality and minimize defects. Drive failure analysis to understand root-cause and implement corrective actions. Author evaluation plans, technical documentation such as Engineering Requirements Specification (ERS), and aid in bring-up to deliver scalable solution to support Apple mass production in a high quality way.Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (FW, Algorithm), including problem solving and requirement drafting across various functions and disciplines.
