CORE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Contribute to the implementation of global benefits programs and harmonization efforts such as pension governance, time-off, transportation benefits, Perks, and recognition frameworks
- Support vendor assessments, selection, and ongoing management for EMEA region
- Monitor performance metrics to ensure optimal delivery standards and cost efficiency
- Partner with legal, finance, and other teams to ensure compliance with local laws and SAP’s global policies
- Act as a trusted advisor to Total Rewards Relations Managers offering guidance on benefits-related decisions by providing data-driven insights on benefits costs, compliance considerations, and evolving employee benefits designs
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Benefits across multiple European countries, with solid hands-on involvement in supporting the design and management of benefits programs
- Experience in managing external vendors and brokers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in
cross-functional teams - Solid knowledge of benefits practices, policies, and legal requirements
- Strong communication and persuasive stakeholder engagement skills in a matrixed, international setting
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
