- Build and maintain strong partnerships with athletes, federations, Olympic/ Paralympic Committees, and other key stakeholders within running, indoor sports, and Olympic/ Paralympic disciplines.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent across level
- Deep understanding of the Eastern European sports landscape, with a focus on Poland
- Expertise in managing athlete and federation partnerships in non-football and Olympic/ Paralympic -related sports
- Strong project management and organizational skills with a results-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English and Polish
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:- 8+ years of relevant experience in sports marketing or related functions, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience working within or across Eastern European markets, preferably in an international matrix organization
- Familiarity with the Olympic movement and national sports structures in Poland
