- Bachelor's degree in Crisis Management, Risk Management, Emergency Management, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience in setting up a (enterprise) crisis management capability, leading crisis response, delivering crisis management training, crisis/incident management, resilience, business continuity, or security.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to lead cross-functional problem-solving teams using structured approaches.
- Ability to maintain confidence and professionalism when leading others through ambiguous and complex situations.
- Ability to influence and have discussions diplomatically and fairly with a range of stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
