As Modality Sales Leader CT you will drive all activities needed to achieve and exceed sales targets for the CT portfolio in Belgium and Luxemburg. This involves follow-up of GE HealthCare products to the medical community by supporting and coordinating the local CT activities with onsite clinical in-servicing, go-live support, clinical guidance and organization of onsite events both for clinical as commercial purposes. You will act as the go-to person for all topics related to the CT modality across segments. This position reports to the France-Belgium and French speaking Africa Modality Manager and closely collaborates with the Belgium local team. The role requires tri-lingual proficiency in Dutch, French and English.


Essential Responsibilities

  • Increase orders, margins, market share, and customer satisfaction levels within the CT segment in Belgium;
  • Build long-term customerrelationships andmaintain a high level customer satisfaction while optimizing GE resources;
  • Drive the sales of CT product lines and solutions;
  • Organize clinicalsite visits and visits to our research center in Buc, France, to showcase our solutions and latest innovations;
  • Collaborate with the Modality Manager to define the marketing plan and associated budget for the region, ensuring its execution and return on investment;
  • Prepare and coordinate responsesto tenders andvalidate tender documents in collaboration with the sector tender team;
  • Effectively monitor the market and provide up-to-date data and accurate forecasts using available tools;
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to maximize sales potential and share leads with the appropriate colleagues;
  • Ensure compliance with thecompany’s qualitypolicies and processes.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in a Business, Commercial or related field, combined with relevant Sales or Marketing experience in a medical environment;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, English and French is a must;
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment, adaptable to change;
  • Analytical and solution oriented mind-set;
  • Understanding of networked environments, able to work in a complex matrix organization;
  • Willing to travel, primarily throughout Belgium, occasionally to Buc, France.
