As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Serving as a product and application security subject matter expert to support customers
• Owning the technical relationship with customers decisions' makers including trainings to a variety of audiences and QBR
• Liaising with internal teams to constantly improve our platform and services
• Consulting customers on vulnerabilities and runtimes attacks to help reduce and mitigate risks
• Knowing customers environment and requirements, assess vulnerabilities, showcase attack patterns and drive a real impact
• Establishing value measurements, presenting security findings and API misconfigurations, or handling project escalations with customers.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Show ability of proactively identifying technical issues and driving solutions to technical problems while working with large enterprise customers
• Have knowledge in API security vulnerabilities, attacks in-depth, including OWASP Top 10 / OWASP API Top 10
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge and experience with a wide variety of cloud and cybersecurity solutions
• Have understanding of Application Security Principles and how to apply them in the app development process
• Have excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills in English
• Be a self-starter with excellent work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to learn
• Have an understanding on Linux, Kubernetes and scripting
