What You'll Do

Ø Actively participate in theAccounting Close calendar tasksensuring smooth and efficient month-end close process (including Quarterly/Yearly close)

Efficiently Manage Legal entities- Subject Matter Expertise Level/Comprehensive

understanding of the Entities that includes.,

· Onboarding & Offboarding Legal entities

· Automate computation of varied Intercompany charges popularly known as Transfer Pricing charges as per Legal agreements

· Handle the settlement of Intercompany balances that involves Netting IC positions, Paying & Collecting on Behalf

· Involve in performing IC Analytics such as Transfer pricing Flux Reports, monthly Balance sheet reconciliations & FX Analysis to name a few

Ø SupportTransfer Pricing Tax Review and SOX controlsthat governs the processes

Ø Actively participate in critical, flair for Automated solutions, eye for eliminating Non critical activities

What You'll Need

• Professional Accounting Qualification (Chartered Accountant(CA)/ACCA/CIMA/CMA/CFA)

• 5+ years of professional experience in Accounting

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with accounting practices related to Intercompany, Transfer Pricing & Consolidations

• Strong understanding of the functional domain namely, US GAAP principals, FX and Elimination process, basic principles of Tax and Reporting. Absorb new concepts and exhibit comprehensive understanding of the concept and its potential impacts

• Apply knowledge and expertise gained from relevant projects to challenge inconsistencies

• Strong communication skills and Highlight new/ emerging risks through appropriate channels. Engage experts proactively to determine sufficient controls in the processes

• Experience in Oracle R12/Cloud, AGIS (Advanced Global Intercompany System), HFM (Hyperion Financial Management), Blackline & Netting solutions is a plus

• Excellent analytical skills, particularly in MS Excel and SQL

• Last but not the least, Team player skills to work with a diverse team of multi cultural team members
