- Team Leadership : Manage and lead a team of Account Executives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Quota Achievement : Carry the team quota, ensuring quarterly achievements (QoQ) and driving the team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements- 5+ years of full cycle SaaS sales experience - must
- 2+ years of SaaS sales management experience - must
- SAAS/tech experience - required
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with ability to establish credibility with executive
- Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
- Ability to build strong personal relationship
- Leadership skills (not afraid to hop on a call and show the way)
- Self-starter, Result-oriented, high energy, adaptable and inquisitive
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with Sales software such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach
- BA and/or MBA preferred; or equivalent relevant work experience

- This position has a base salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 as well as performance based commission structure. This salary range is reflective of a position based in New York, New York. Please note that actual salaries are commensurate with experience, and since ARTLIST has a location-based compensation structure, there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
