B.Responsible:
- Assist with the financial month end close processes including preparation and posting of journal entries, accruals, reconciliations of general ledger accounts in accordance with US GAAP and detailed supporting analysis
- Assist with the preparation, review & analysis of Balance sheet, P&L and FX exposure processes including presentations to key internal stakeholders
- Work closely with product teams to identify and set financial requirements
- Proactive communication of potential issues to the Controller
- Proactively assist and support in covering all compliance requirements including SOx framework
- Actively drive continuous process improvements and innovations;
- Regular contact with banks and payment service providers
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure priorities are clear and consistent and information is complete and accurate
- Managing ad hoc accounting and operational assignments
- Help the team to meet and exceed the department goals
- Mentoring and guidance to junior team members
- The tasks and responsibilities may change over time

B.Skilled:
- 4+ years of (general ledger) accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance/Accounting
- Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS
- IT experience in financial systems, including SAP, is preferable
- Experience with process improvement or automation
- Strong stakeholder management experience and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive and full of initiatives
- Able to cope with dynamic and high change environment
- Proactive self-starter, who takes ownership with a strong work ethic
- Creative and critical thinker
- Analytical and accurate with good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated and disciplined
- Fluent in spoken and written English
