What you'll do:

As a Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for a range of activities such as:

• Ensuring all team operations run smoothly, optimized and documented to high standards
• Monitor daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of operational processes.
• Develop, measure and maintain operational KPI’s
• Create processes to better optimize our workflows
• Ensure compliance with company policies and IT Standards
• Act as a liaison between teams to ensure alignment with business goals
• Identify improvement opportunities and work across teams to implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Oversee Team budget planning, including cost forecasting and tracking
• Ability to own, lead and coordinate operational tasks, escalations, process improvements.

What you'll bring:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT operations, project management or similar role
• Ability to work effectively as a virtual member of a dynamic, dispersed team (remote)
• Ability to coordinate delivery and projects as a team lead in a heterogeneously environment
• Excellent leadership and team management skills and ability to influence-cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication both Verbal and Written in English.
