The Executive Assistant will provide diversified support to a variety of client-serving and Core Business Service (CBS) professionals, including partners and directors. You may also support service line or engagement-specific teams. You will call on your experience, skills and knowledge, and maintains a current understanding of firm policies, procedures and practices. In addition you may also collect, compile and analyze moderately complex data, and coordinate projects and deadlines directly or through others. You’ll work independently, with limited supervision.

- Lend a hand to our Facility, IT, and Finance departments, ensuring the Suriname branch thrives.
- Be the vital link to our Trinidad office, smoothing out administrative paths.
- Cultivate strong vendor relationships and handle coordination like a pro.

Knowledge and skills requirements
- English & Dutch language skills - excellent written and verbal communication.
- Effective interpersonal skills, with an ability to interface with personnel at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
- Proficiency with automated calendar management tools.
- Excellent software programs knowledge.
Experience
- A minimum of 5-10 years of secretary experience.
Education
- An Associate's degree, or a minimum of secondary vocational education in a related field, or an equivalent level of work experience.
