Responsibilities:

• Lead and partner with Business Owners of the Data Governace bodies to create comprehensive Data Management processes and systematise/automate them using Collibra and Ab initio Mhub.
• Partner with other Data Management capabilities, such as Data Quality, Data Lineage and Reference Data, to enhance the fuctionallity of the tools to achieve integral solutions.
• Drive the technical design and implementation of functionalities in the Metadata Management tool by defining work plans, follow up the progress and communicating it to stackeholders as well as manage expectations and risks.
• Define and apply development best practices related to Metadata integration and tools implementation.
• Understand the business and organisation needs to translate them into tools requierements.
• Integrate solutions design and evaluate them together with the team under his/her responsibility and the architecture team.
• Coordinate the efforts of the teams under his/her responsibility to achieve the objectives.
• Work closely with other technical teams (architecture, testing, production support, release management, infra) to achieve the deliverables.

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years experience in Data Projects related to Metadata Management, Data Models, Data Integrations, Data Catalogue.
• Proven knowledge and experience in Ab initio GDE, MetadataHub and Control Center.
• Experience working with Collibra.
• Proven knowledge of Data Management frameworks, desirable CDMP certification.
• Fluent communication in spanish and english.

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree

Lic o Ing en Sistemas y Tecnología o afín

Experiencia en la industria financiera deseable

Experiencia y conocimientos en Collibra

Experiencia y conocimientos en Ab initio (Metadata Hub, control center, GDE)

Experiencia y conocimientos en ETL, integración de datos.

Experiencia y conocimientos en modelo de datos

Experiencia con metodologías DAMA-DMBOK

Experiencia en Teradata, Oracle, HIVE

Deseable conocimientos en IBM Mainframe y Unisys (estructuras de bases de datos)

Inglés intermedio avanzado (conversacional)
