As Operations Program Manager you will engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive, design and develop innovative consumer products. You must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment.Key job responsibilities- Work with stakeholders to define business requirements and product definition
- Contribute to and influence program strategies for compliance, cost, quality, and availability
- Understand current system capabilities and limitations
- Problem solve and explore solutions to current processes and systems- Drive continuous improvement
- This role may require some travel

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a Supply Chain/Operations discipline
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics or inventory management for a hardware device company
- 5 + years of experience managing cross-functional projects and programs with tight deadlines
- Excellent data extraction, analytical and problem solving skills at strategic and execution levels; ability to work with large, complex data sets and familiarity with statistics or other analytical techniques

- Advanced degrees in Operations Management, Mathematics/Engineering, or an MBA with a quantitative focus
- Proven ability to influence others, facilitate agreement among stakeholders with different interests
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with the design and utilization of complex systems
- Proven track record of complex and creative problem solving and the desire to create and build new processes
- Excellent business judgment, written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done
