Key job responsibilities-Create transparency and predictability with roadmaps, planning, and partner management
-Drive programs to deliver goals on time and exceeding our quality bar
-Lead initiatives and complex cross-functional projects or programs in ambiguous and complex problem spaces
-Participate in the full system development life cycle, working within broadly defined parameters, including test plan execution and solution quality needs-Responsible to deep dive technical solutions that encompass advanced technology applications, conveyor hardware selection, material handling integration, and vendor commissioning content and expectations-Develop and manage budget and contract documents including RFPs, change order controls, and purchase orders
-Support design development efforts for optimal solutions for the North America delivery network through equipment specification, material flow, process design, ergonomics, associate experience, operational considerations and site layout

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another STEM field
- 5+ years of experience as a project engineer, process engineer, project manager, manufacturing engineer, or related occupation
- 5+ years of experience directly managing and responsible for large material handling or automation projects
- Experience managing the lifecycle of cross-functional projects, implementing automated equipment and/or integrated systems
