Driving Infinite Possibilities Within A Diversified, Global Organization

Responsibilities include:

AEM Implementation and Configuration:

Configure AEM components, templates, workflows, and content structures to meet project requirements.

Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in AEM development.

Content Management:

Manage digital content within AEM, including creation, editing, and publishing.

Ensure content is optimized for search engines and user engagement.

Develop and enforce content governance policies and workflows.

Analytics and Reporting

Utilize Adobe Analytics or similar tools to track and analyze user behavior and engagement on digital platforms.

Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for optimization.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting

Provide technical support to users and stakeholders on AEM-related issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM implementation, configuration, and performance.

Quality Assurance and Testing

Conduct testing of digital experiences to ensure functionality, usability, and compatibility across devices and browsers.

Identify and address any bugs or issues discovered during testing.

Documentation and Training

Create and maintain documentation for AEM configurations, processes, and workflows.

Provide training and support to content creators and other users on AEM usage and best practices.

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field

  • 3+ years’ experience in implementing and managing digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager

Proficiency in AEM components, templates, and workflows

Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX

Experience with web analytics tools, preferably Adobe Analytics

Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

PREFERRED SKILLS:

Adobe Experience Manager certification

Experience with other Adobe Marketing Cloud products such as Adobe Target and Adobe Campaign

Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
