Leading a team of sales, services, and technical professionals responsible for developing and implementing corporate strategies.
Working closely with the technical, services and product teams in KLA headquarters and factories to deliver corporate strategies to the field teams.
Building and managing customer relationships at all levels France, Italy, Benelux and UK.
Actively participating in talent acquisition, team development, and mentoring activities to ensure continuous improvement of the sales and support channels.
Skills/Experience
Extensive experience in developing relationships at large, complex global organizations.
Experience in selling capital equipment into groundbreaking semiconductor customers is a must.
Deep understanding of technically complex products and experience on how to position these to a broad audience are critical.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology or related business, Master’s degree in business or technology preferred
10+ years in sales or services, business development, product marketing or product management in semiconductor process control segment
Strong technical understanding of semiconductor capital equipment systems especially systems targeted at process control
7+ years in a leadership role
Strategic account management expertise, the ability to lead change and the desire to operate effectively across organizations and customers
Deep knowledge and experience in building complex financial models that create great outcomes for KLA and its customers
Ability to communicate, educate and evangelize both internally and externally
Strong team management and interpersonal skills
Creative problem solving with strong analytical skills
Success in negotiating sophisticated contracts in competitive situations
Travel domestically and internationally, as needed
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Level Degree with a minimum of 12 years of experience OR
Master's Level Degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience OR
Equivalent combination of education and experience
