Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years market research, customer satisfaction, and analytics experience, with a focus on program or product evaluation
- Experience crafting and managing customer satisfaction and experience surveys end-to-end, from capturing requirements; designing survey items and invitation logic; working with cross-functional teams and vendor to manage fielding; analyzing results and crafting reports; and presenting insights to senior leaders
- Excellent research management and organizational skills, acute attention to detail, and ability to balance multiple tasks in a constantly evolving environment
- Strong communication, visualization, and articulation skills to deliver meaningful insights to shape People decisions
Preferred Qualifications
- Combination of consulting and industry experience, including in a global role
- Experience leading strategy on research methodology and survey design; identifying what needs to be measured and how to measure
- Strong facilitation skills to build consensus for strategy across executives, leadership, and cross-functional teams
- Experience partnering with external vendors and internal development engineering teams to support prototype design/pilots and development of survey reporting products
- Deep expertise with application of analytic techniques (t-tests, crosstabs, cluster and factor analysis, analysis of variance (ANOVA), and conjoint), including experience with analytics and visualization platforms (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau, SPSS)
- Graduate degree in business administration, psychology/social sciences, or economics
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $210,900 and $316,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
