1st shift (United States of America)The position supports Truist Mortgage adherence to regulatory requirements of appraisal management. Communicates with Processors, Originators and other internal and external customers. Pipeline management of the Collateral Management System ensures SunTrust policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, are followed. Reviews data from the Collateral Management System to monitor and communicate with appraisal management companies and independent appraisers to meet service level agreements. Determines the proper departments to direct users for non-appraisal delivery issues
