What you'll do...

As a Principal Product Manager for UGC , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision and long-term strategic direction of the team. You will be responsible for:

• Defining and evangelizing the product vision and impact internally and externally.

• Creating and driving product roadmaps that align with business priorities.

• Inspiring and leading cross-functional teams to execute key initiatives .

• Communicating effectively with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and champion product vision & strategy aligned with corporate objectives.

• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives across multiple teams.

• Collaborate with Design, Analytics, Engineering, and Data Science to implement enhancements.

• Analyze business cases and translate customer and business requirements into actionable product roadmaps and specifications.

• Manage key business stakeholders by conducting strategy sessions and product reviews.

• Run competitive intelligence and data assessments to identify new opportunities.

• Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure progress and optimize systems.

• Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to drive data-driven launch decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in product management for customer-facing products .

• Proven ability to align with a long-term product vision while managing day-to-day execution.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

• Highly data-driven with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.

• Experience in shipping and iterating on products based on data insights.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required ; MBA is a strong plus.

• 8+ years of experience in product management for customer-facing products.

• Retail/e-commerce industry experience is a plus.

• Strong quantitative or technical background preferred.
