Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience in leadership role with direct reports.
Preferred qualifications:
- PMP, Scrum, Agile project management certification, CCNA, CCNP, and/or other certifications in network technologies or similar.
- Experience in planning, designing and implementation change or transformational programs. Experience in data analytics and presentation.
- Experience managing technical vendors and leading quarterly business reviews.
- Experience with operations/SRE methodologies, focused on defect free delivery.
- Ability to work as a member of a highly integrated cross-functional team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
- Ability to understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and success in leading large programs at a global level.
