The Purpose of the Role

You will be required to set thesales plan and appropriate G2M strategy to end up with a sustainable YoYprofitable business growth fully aligned with the company STRAP including butnot limited to, KSA super ESCO (TARSHID), Private sector’s, Industrial sector,etc. with all energy efficiency and sustainability solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with SA super ESCO (Tarshid), following up their released bids, qualifying the opportunity, maintain and enhance the good established relation with TARSHID and develop a business growth strategy.
  • Generate demand in the other market’s segments (Private, Industrial, etc.), conduct the required sales strategy to diversify the sales channels to guarantee business continuity with YoY profitable growth.
  • Responsible for achieving Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets (Orders, Rev/GM and Profit) and Working Capital (WC) while monitoring and optimizing pricing policies.
  • Work closely with Honeywell’s internal respective stakeholders to ensure full alignment and one objective approach.
  • Generate demand outside TARSHID’s market segment in other segments (Private, industrial, stc.), Qualify the leads, conduct the necessary awareness sessions with the customers and explain how Honeywell will help them reaching to their objectives and get rid of their operational issues.
  • Manage the preliminary data collection, auditing, and modeling efforts for assigned opportunities, performs utility bill analysis to determine applicable baseline consumption data and rates, Performs preliminary audits that is required to qualify the opportunity, work with the solution development team on defining the simple to complex ECMs,support the technical team in the development of energy calculations, reports and proposal development.
  • Maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline that supports the desired growth.
  • Must be willing to travel as necessary throughout the country and region.
WE VALUE
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Electrical or mechanical engineering)
  • Certified energy manager (CEM) with hands-on at site auditing capabilities. CEA is preferable as well
  • Data analysis and saving calculations capabilities.
  • Min 5 years of sales experience in the Energy and Sustainability industry.
  • Successful experience in Saudi Energy market (Sales and technical)
  • Local (KSA) Energy market Intelligence and up to date knowledge.
  • Consultative selling experience.
  • Solid understanding and experience to build business case for sales growth investments.
  • Proven experience developing and executing strategies for sales growth.
  • Creative, decisive, high energy and ability to energize others.
  • Excellent Negotiation Skills with the ability to understand the customer needs, negotiate complex sales and total value offerings to customers.
