In this highly strategic role, you will serve as a trusted partner to senior IP leaders—identifying, designing, and implementing forward-looking technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve decision-making, and create scalable systems for long-term success. • Partnering with IP leadership to identify and prioritize opportunities for technology-driven transformation
• Leading the end-to-end execution of technology initiatives, including planning, stakeholder engagement, and change management
• Analyzing workflows and recommending enhancements to reduce manual effort and optimize performance
• Ensuring seamless integration between internal and external systems and data sources
• Championing the use of AI and machine learning to solve complex business challenges
• Developing infrastructure such as training materials and process documentation to support effective technology adoption
• Conducting internal assessments and recommending process and system improvements
• Aligning technology solutions with broader business goals and operational strategies
• Serving as a mentor and change agent within the organization
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field (such as data science, business intelligence, or business analytics), or equivalent experience in areas such as IP operations, legal technology, systems implementation, automation, or business analytics and intelligence
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IP operations, technology strategy, or related fields
• At least 3 years of experience in business process analysis, optimization, and internal controls evaluation
• Demonstrated expertise in IP systems, data platforms, and business process improvement methodologies
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and build organizational consensus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience or strong interest in AI and machine learning applications within business environments
• Strong project management and systems integration capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams and driving technology adoption
