- 8 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX.
- 3 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization.
- 2 years of experience leading design projects.
- Experience in prototyping at various fidelity levels using Figma or code.

Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in product design or UX.
- 4 years of experience leading design projects.
- 3 years of experience working with executive leaders.
- Proven track record of utilizing Product Design (e.g.,visioning, concept development and storytelling) to influence product strategy, decision making and facilitate shared understanding of intended product UX.
