Operationally manage cross-functional projects in corporate development and business operations to ensure project success
Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Prepare decision templates and connect relevant decision-makers
Be an internally recognized contact person for technical and business matters
Communicate process and system adjustments in an understandable and effective way
Performance of reviews (process oriented and relation to project milestones)
Define corresponding organizational structure and the needed workforce planning
Map and validate performance indicators
Implementation of designed processes and support of ongoing project related tasks
Supports the defintion and execution of vision, strategies, and tactics as part of the corporate development team
Drives key strategic initiatives on corporate level and supports the development of long-term growth plans (products, markets) and profitability objectives.
Provides services to executive management to help implement the Business Strategy
The daily work includes not only cross-functional projects bus as well analysis and recommendations related to achieving relevant business KPIs
Complexity

What you bring:
Bachelor´s degree in a related field
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
Problem solving mentality
Experience within SAP
Hands-on mentality
Proficiency in MS Office and SAP Signavio
Very good project management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and virtual environment
Fluency in German and English
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
