Job Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering and data to drive growth and retention across our mobile app and website
- Analyze user behavior and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps that align with business goals and user needs
- Own outcomes, define and track key metrics, and be accountable for delivering results
- Conduct user research, run experiments, and leverage data to enhance product discovery and identify new opportunity spaces
- Communicate product updates, progress, and learnings to stakeholders and executives
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch to optimization
- Keep up-to-date with industry leading trends and best practices to continuously improve our product offerings
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, on Business to Consumer (B2C) products with an emphasis on growth
- Experience with product discovery, user research, experimentation, and leveraging data to drive decision-making
- Experience working on onboarding and activation user flows
- Ability to find the right balance between solving user problems and delivering on business goals
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvements
- Demonstrated ability of owning outcomes and being accountable for delivering results
- Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g: Amplitude, Mixpanel)

- Passionate about dining and travel with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges
