Develop and implement channel strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance channel performance
Build up BA GC channel management framework and lead day-to-day MOS / execution
Optimize channel partner selection, onboarding, and enablement and assessment process and criteria
Monitor channel performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
Perform other commercial related tasks as required5+ experience in channel / sales management or sales, with a proven track record of driving channel performance and revenue growth
Full-time working experience in an analytical field, preferably with a professional service background (e.g. management consulting, market research firm, research dept. in investment banking, etc.) is a plusStrong communication skills in English & Chinese; Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and internal stakeholders
Ability to effectively manage channel partner relationships and navigate complex sales cycles
Outstanding analytical skills in both qualitative and quantitative way, ability to synthesize multiple perspectives into frameworks
Can independently conduct extensive data research, e.g., desktop research, data consolidation and synthesis, conducting interviews with senior guidance
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
