Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the key point of liaison between HR Operations, Recruitment and Onboarding.
  • Manage employee life cycle processes including preparing documents for onboarding, offboarding and employee changes (e.g., contracts, addendums, internship agreements)
  • Support with the induction of new employees by responding to candidate queries relating to onboarding, new hire documentation and obtaining signatures of documents.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and document maintenance.
  • Supporting the recruitment team with interview scheduling.
  • Partnering with the HROSS team, to use the HR information systems (SuccessFactors) to access, input, and compile data for the onboarding process of new hires.
  • Manage HR Shared mailbox and escalate complex issues.
  • Collaborating closely with HR team members, internal clients, and applicants throughout these tasks.
  • Participating in various internal HR/recruitment projects.
  • Assisting in the coordination of recruitment events for Graduates and Interns.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • One year of experience in an administrative role, HR, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in English. Additional languages such as French and/or German will be considered assets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interest in Human Resources.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Brilliant attention to detail.
