Acting as the key point of liaison between HR Operations, Recruitment and Onboarding.
Manage employee life cycle processes including preparing documents for onboarding, offboarding and employee changes (e.g., contracts, addendums, internship agreements)
Support with the induction of new employees by responding to candidate queries relating to onboarding, new hire documentation and obtaining signatures of documents.
Maintain accurate employee records and document maintenance.
Supporting the recruitment team with interview scheduling.
Partnering with the HROSS team, to use the HR information systems (SuccessFactors) to access, input, and compile data for the onboarding process of new hires.
Manage HR Shared mailbox and escalate complex issues.
Collaborating closely with HR team members, internal clients, and applicants throughout these tasks.
Participating in various internal HR/recruitment projects.
Assisting in the coordination of recruitment events for Graduates and Interns.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
One year of experience in an administrative role, HR, or customer service.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Fluency in English. Additional languages such as French and/or German will be considered assets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong interest in Human Resources.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
