Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the analysis of financial statements and business models to evaluate potential transactions.
• Support the team in conducting market research and industry analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Participate in the preparation of presentations and reports for client meetings and internal strategy sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for transaction due diligence.
• Help in the coordination of transaction documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the development of financial models and valuation analyses.
• Engage in special projects and ad-hoc analyses as required.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated interest in corporate finance, investment banking, or strategic consulting.
• Previous internship experience in finance or consulting is a plus.

Internship Details:

• Duration: 1-2 months
• This is a paid internship 700 EUR for full time.
