Integrated Services creates and markets new customer experiences that integrate hardware, software, and services, deepening our relationship with customers across Ford Blue, Ford Model e, and Ford Pro. These products and services will allow customers to tailor their vehicle like never before with experiences that grow better over time and revolutionize every aspect of how vehicles function, the way people interact with them, and the value they provide.

In this position…

You will work cross-functionally with the Integrated Services Business Pillars, Digital Product, and EVDD Tech Strategy as well as vehicle-line General Managers, Vehicle Programs Directors, Chief Nameplate Engineers, Product Marketing, Strategy & Planning, and others to bring Integrated Services products and services to life on future Ford and Lincoln vehicles. You’ll drive the business case for deploying Integrated Services on these programs, shape the offering strategy for our services, and help set the Services Cycle Plan for Ford Motor Company.
