Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering, a related field or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience with designing manufacturing lines and processes for PCBs.
3 years of experience with defining DfX processes for radio frequency (RF) electronics and PCBs.
3 years of experience with optimizing vendor manufacturing practices.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with assembly and test of microwave and PCB electronics in a manufacturing setting.
Experience with collection, storage, and analysis of data from remote automated test systems.
Experience with hiring and management of manufacturing test engineers.
Familiarity with Linux-based environments and scripting, electromechanical assembly processes, microwave test and measurement techniques, and cryogenic equipment.
