• Calculation and preparation in monthly payroll calculations for clients
• Preparation of necessary documents in relation to refund by social security funds (Sick leave, maternity leave)
• Address payroll queries raised by clients and their employees’
• Ensuring that all employees are registered with Central registry
• Keep yourself updated with the changes in the labor and social security legislation
• Education in Economics
• Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll administration
• Good knowledge of the labor law basics and payroll regulations
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Very good analytical abilities, logical and structured thinking
• Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel as well as experience working with any payroll software
• Good communication, organization and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
