As an Intern within the SaT team, you will participate in due diligence and other engagements related to transactions. You’ll prepare analyses of historical and pro forma financial information to assess trends and fluctuations that may impact cash flow requirements and deal valuation. You’ll make technical contributions to valuation client engagements and internal projects. You’ll gain a thorough understanding of the target business and its market, and of clients’ issues, performing research of the target’s industry and of quoted companies operating in that sector.
We are looking for an individual who is willing to support our expansion locally. Moreover, during the first years, we expect from the individual to acquire most of its experience by collaborating very closely with our office in Belgrade.

• Perform industry and company research utilizing online tools and publicly available information
• Participate and support in different engagements - Due Diligence, valuation, business modeling, M&A
• Assist in preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel
• Contribute to people initiatives
• Maintain an educational program to develop personal skills on an ongoing basis

• Full availability and willingness to travel to Belgrade to work on projects when required
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, Business management, Economics, etc. (or soon to acquire)
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work well within a team
• Effective written and verbal communication in English language
