iTero Training Specialist
In this role, you will…
· Deliver comprehensive training to customers on iTero Intra-Oral Scanner and support the integration of related software/hardware to enable various clinical workflows, either virtually or onsite.
· Collaborate in the creation and review of educational presentations, marketing materials, digital images, and scans relevant to the IOS.
· Investigate, analyze, and address customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues, routing them to the appropriate channels for resolution.
· Accurately document all customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up for inbound and outbound inquiries.
· Evaluate training provided by distributor personnel, identify any areas for improvement, and develop additional educational resources as needed.
· Monitor trends in customer requests and issues, conduct research as needed to provide accurate responses, and share learnings with team members and management.
· Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss performance metrics, identify challenges, and provide data-driven insights.
· Support the onboarding and development of high-potential users as iTero advocates and speakers.
Additional Job Responsibilities
· Provide technical assistance to both internal and external customers, including distributors.
· Ensure adherence to departmental and company procedures related to quality, safety, and administrative systems.
· Report any unsafe activities to supervisors or Human Resources as part of a commitment to safety policies and procedures.
· Identify and nurture exceptional users to become iTero speakers, ensuring strong, positive relationships within the KOL (Key Opinion Leader) network.
In this role, you’ll need …
Academic Background
· Bachelor’s degree in dentistry, biomedical science, chemistry, or a related technical field preferred. Equivalent experience in relevant fields will also be considered.
· Additional certifications or coursework in clinical/dental/orthodontic fields or dental hygiene is a plus.
Required Experience
· Minimum of 2 years in a similar operational or product training role, ideally within a fast-growing international company or a related industry.
· Proven experience in customer education and training, particularly within clinical or dental fields, will be advantageous.
· Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required, with excellent communication skills.
· Fluency in additional languages is an advantage.
