Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop chat-based AI platforms focusing on content and operational transformation
• Create and implement a strategic vision for AI integration in the L&D organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address learning needs using AI solutions.
• Analyze data and feedback to continuously improve AI-driven learning tools and processes.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
• Develop and enhance AI systems that support process improvement and efficiency
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest AI advancements to ensure our platforms remain cutting-edge.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in designing and developing AI-driven applications, particularly chat-based platforms, and MS Power Platforms
• Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms, natural language processing, prompt engineering, and data analytics.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Process analysis
• Project management
• Ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans.

Education/ Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
• AI+ Prompt Engineer
