She/he will be driving the overallsports performance ewith a strategic focus on Consumer insights,Ideas Development, Creative &social / offline activation Development & Execution
In this context, she/he be working with internal key stakeholder & external agencies, partnersto deliver brandobjective on consistent basis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use market, industry, regional, consumer data and insights to identify best opportunities.
- Keep monitoring on market trends and work with internal research team to added value from brand /communications strategy on the consist basis.
- Work closely with BU, CCS and the other internal key stakeholderstodevelop the product communication calendar.
- Develop activation and create the assetsbase onthecalendar acrossretail, ecom, digital, social and activationto ensure maximum impactandefficiencywith the collaboration with x-function team(media team, CRM, retail marketing, SPOMA and cultural marketing)to ensure the best-in-class execution.
- Capable to leverage and facilitatex-cat planning & execution to make the best use of brand marketing resources.
- Plan and manage the marketing budgets under Finance rolling forecast guideline
- Proactively manage with agencies and vendors with corporate compliance guideline.
KEY CRITERIA
- Working experience in/with sports-related brands & industry. Football, Training and Running related experience will be a plus.
- Demonstrate strong story telling capabilitiesand creative production experience will be preferred.
- 6-8 years proven experience inbrand comm orproduct marketing function. 1-3 years in a managerial positionwill be a plus.
- Passionandknowledgeonsports.
- Result/KPI oriented and proactive.
- Able to handle stress from timeline and working scope.
- Attention to details and sensitive to finance data.
COMMUNICATION
- Possess strong communication skills, excellent command of English, on top of Chinese-Mandarin.
- Good presenter and be able to present in high stake meeting with bilingual approach.

- Demonstrate critical thinking ability, identifies critical issues with reason, logic, judgement, and data to evaluate alternatives and recommends solutions.
