About the Group:
Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) within Independent Risk Management is responsible for overseeing the implementation of Citi’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework and for specific enterprise-level risk management programs and processes that span the organization, the lines of defence and various risk categories. These include risk identification, enterprise risk analytics, risk appetite & limits, new activity risk management, risk frameworks & policy, strategic risk, digital assets risk and climate risk. The group is headed by the Head of ERM who reports directly to the Citigroup Chief Risk Officer (CRO).
About the Role:
The Enterprise Risk Product Manager SVP will drive forward the successful execution of Risk Data & Transformation work in accordance with regulatory and the firm’s expectations. This position will initially focus on leading several projects related to Enterprise Risk Data & Technology in alignment with Risk Identification and Stress Testing. In addition the lead will help drive the adoption of generative AI across the Enterprise Risk Management Framework. The lead will be responsible to understand, interpret and execute on Data Analysis, Collection, Aggregation and onboarding in alignment with Stress Testing commitments to the regulators. The lead will also be responsible for end-to-end strategic planning, project managing, stakeholder engagement, technology collaboration and communication to multiple senior forums. The lead will be required to take on additional projects as and when needed that is not stress testing related but fits into the overall Risk Data Product Management book of work.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Product Ownership, Strategy and Program management for the Enterprise Risk Data Layer (ERDL) and Enterprise Stress Testing data and technology initiatives.
- Data collection, data aggregation, material change review, commentary procurement and production of firm wide risk report.
- Data Governance, Identification of gaps/controls, working thru lifecycle of Data Quality Issues/remediation, Data Quality Reporting.
- Establish Program and Project Management best practice, inclusive of documentation and governance.
- Lead, contribute and engage with 1st and 2nd LOD in working groups and senior steering committee meetings to drive the initiative to completion.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Risk Analytics and Technology teams to ensure common goals and objectives are being met.
- Support Strategic planning and communication to multiple senior forums, regarding the various administrational activities and functions within the wider team.
- Ensure close coordination and partnership with various PMOs and execution teams to ensure timely delivery and success criteria.
- Acquire, analyse, and translate data into concise messaging to support decision making for key stake holders to make appropriate leadership decisions.
- Effectively work with internal audit and to reach a common understanding of the artifacts needed to support related testing and validation.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies and develop solutions to escalate and mitigate them.
- Create presentation materials and discussion points related to program content. Contribute to discussions and decisions, and assist in action item tracking, project plans, milestones, and meeting documentation.
Job Skills/Qualifications:
- Extensive Risk Management experiences preferably Risk Identification or/and Stress Testing
- Extensive Project Management or Product Ownership experience
- Strong business analysis skills including process mapping and improvement.
- 12+ years’ financial services implementation experience, analytics, or related risk management function
- Experience in Data Governance / Controls including Data Quality, Data gaps assessment/remediation specifically.
- Experience in Generative AI will be a disctinct advantage
- Experience inany BI Reporting tool such asTableau / Microstrategy.
- Ability to spot, escalate and suggest fixes for data hygiene issues
- Ability to thoroughly document assumptions, methodology, validation and testing to facilitate knowledge sharing and compliance requirements
- Expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, senior stakeholder engagement
- In-depth understanding and experience of creating dashboards and reports in Tableau with the use of Tableau Prep. Tableau Certification is an added advantage.
- In addition, any of the following will be a distinct advantage: Understanding of variety of risk types (Wholesale Credit, Market, Consumer, Operational, Reputational, Liquidity, etc.)
- This position requires attention to detail, accuracy, exceptional work ethics, solid communication skills, diplomacy skills, and ability to multitask and work against deadlines.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- BS or MS degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or other analytically intensive discipline
- Comfortable working with big data
- Strong ability in interacting, collaborating, and influencing senior business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Strong problem solver with leadership skills
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Capable of prioritizing and multi-tasking in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Visio
- Ability to operate autonomously in order to make independent, strategic, and thoughtful decisions in order to identify and remediate problems and realize efficiencies across the function.
