Job Description
Be the subject matter expert on Engineering processes like Project Management, Process Validation, Equipment Validation, Engineering Change Management and NPI Rampup. You can initiate, facilitate, and deploy process improvements. You drive optimization of processes which support the decision making on all levels in the Integrated Supply Chain, like make-buy decision, gate reviews. You do this by optimizing information flows in the organization to ensure efficient and effective decisions.
As a subject matter expert you lead the training of the engineers, supporting them in their challenges and using their feedback to improve the processes.
You are responsible for
Increasing the expertise of Engineering processes in the global Engineering organization of the ISC Image Guided Therapy Systems.
Optimizing the processes with the feedback from the people using them.
Implementing QMS changes, translating global procedures into locally optimized procedures.
Identifying bottlenecks in our processes and procedures and solving them.
Making sure procedures, processes and the practical usage of them is compliant to the regulations in the Medical Device Industry.
Ensuring the right information flows and create clarity for decisions which have impact on the Integrated Supply Chain.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
A Master degree in: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other meaningful area.
At least 7+ years of meaningful working experience in engineering activities in the supply chain.
Conceptual level of manufacturing engineering experience, using day to day examples to bring changes in the way we work.
Practical experience, using theoretical concepts to support engineers and project managers in their daily challenges.
Capable to communicate with various layers in the organization from shop floor to executive level.

Strong and demonstrated Change Management skills.
