Description
Major responsibilities:Define project plans and schedules. Drive project execution.Lead internal and external multi-functional teams in engineering and validation activitiesEnsure tight inter-team coordination and communicationStrong presentation and communication skills requiredUnderstand and communicate complex, technical/Engineering issuesIdentify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies and program issues quickly and efficientlyLead development budgets and engineering builds
Key Qualifications
  • Experience as a practicing engineer or program manager
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills and proven leadership ability
  • Excellent data handling, documentation, critical milestone creation, and organization skill
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Hands-on experience in working in display panel or module processes & its integration in back-end processes of Flat Panel Display & Touch industry or other related industries
  • Self-starter with proven track record to lead a project from lab scale development to high volume production
  • Proven failure mode analysis, root cause investigation, and problem solving for product yield and quality issue.
  • Experience working with global supply chain
  • A working understanding of high volume manufacturing processes
Education & Experience
BS + 3 years of relevant experience; MS preferred
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $132,300 and $241,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
