Key job responsibilities
Grow Support portfolio adoption through digital channels, building and executing end-to-end campaigns and exploring new tooling including Generative AI;
Define, build and deploy enterprise focused sales and specialist campaigns around the Support offering;
Exhibit cloud services expertise, and handling and scaling sales campaigns with enterprises and enterprise partners;Serve as an evangelist for the new service within AWS, and externallyEstablish metrics to measure and track related to adoption of the service, and field seller awareness with a continual focus on improving the approach based on those measurements.A day in the life
