What you’ll do:
Work as an entry level engineer in a manufacturing plant that performs powder metallurgy, forging, welding, and machining of refractory metals and tool steels, thermal processing, and various inspection modalities.
Support our existing team of engineers on projects such as EHS (environmental, health, and safety) data collection, analysis, and reporting, new product introduction, new machine installation, lean manufacturing/productivity improvements, cost reduction, and general plant operations.
Complete all training within defined timelines.
Comply with GEHC Quality Systems and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this position.
Collect and analyze data, develop hypotheses, present conclusions and options, implement agreed upon solutions.
What is required of you:
Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering from an accredited university.
Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Able to effectively balance multiple priorities.
Good communications in written and spoken English.
