What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- Develop, implement and manage a comprehensive framework for the BOP program, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
- Manage relationships with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Operations and Maintenance and EHS to ensure effective collaboration and communication
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with BOP equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Develop and lead new processes and procedures in support of BOP program goals
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to develop technical solutions for fleet issues and improve the overall performance of BOP equipment
- Collaborate with Safety, Engineering and Training teams on electrical safety procedures and best practices
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, operations and maintenance, with a strong focus on O&M of large-scale energy facilities
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve program goals
- Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements relevant to industrial electrical projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex information and make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
