Develop, implement and manage a comprehensive framework for the BOP program, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
Manage relationships with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Operations and Maintenance and EHS to ensure effective collaboration and communication
Identify and mitigate risks associated with BOP equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Develop and lead new processes and procedures in support of BOP program goals
Collaborate with the Engineering team to develop technical solutions for fleet issues and improve the overall performance of BOP equipment
Collaborate with Safety, Engineering and Training teams on electrical safety procedures and best practices
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, operations and maintenance, with a strong focus on O&M of large-scale energy facilities
Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve program goals
Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements relevant to industrial electrical projects
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex information and make data-driven decisions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
