The Chief of Staff, Global HR will be a critical leadership role responsible for proactively enabling the HR strategy, enhancing alignment and execution, and driving operational excellence.
The role requires a strategic mindset, as well as an ability to manage complex details and drive actions across all areas within the HR organization. The ideal incumbent is a highly motivated and organized individual with exceptional communication skills and judgment. You will be a trusted advisor, confidante, and problem-solver, bringing your expertise and resourcefulness to every challenge. You will be participating in the development of tactical and strategic plans to meet the team’s goals, ensuring that team projects and initiatives are on an effective trajectory to achieve those goals, while collaborating with HR leadership team (HRLT) and supporting addressing issues and obstacles that could impair the team's effectiveness.
Do you have?
A bachelor’s degree background; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years experience across Biotech/Pharmaceutical/Manufacturing industries.

High understanding of technology concepts. Substantive experience in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and be able to build and organize CHRO presentation materials.
